Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:
· Order is cancelled within the allowed 24 hour cancellation window
· Approved claim of defective or incorrect product, verified by our team
Once the return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated.
· Any advance or partial payment made for a Cash on Delivery (COD) order shall be non-refundable once the order has been shipped, including in cases where the customer refuses delivery or fails to receive the product.
Refund timelines:
· Online payments: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to7 business days after approval.
· Cash on Delivery orders (if applicable): Refund will be issued through bank transfer, UPI or original payment method.
Shipping charges, transaction fees, or COD charges may not be refundable unless the error occurred from our side.
The Dynasty reserves the right to decline a refund if the returned product does not meet the required conditions.
